Every Hover Trust user must complete an investment questionnaire regarding their knowledge and experience level in crypto and investment trading prior to opening their account with Hover. Based on their answers, they will be placed into Trust Class that fits their experience and risk level. Traders with a lot of experience will be placed in the highest tier (Tier 3) and can access all the digital assets that Hover has available. However, traders who are more novice or intermediately experienced will be limited to a lower tier of safer digital assets.
We are currently working on an educational section of our platform to allow customers to learn more about trading and digital assets so that they may increase their Trust Level and gain access to more digital assets. As soon as this feature is available, we will alert all users of its deployment so they can start taking advantage of it.
